.Present mood boards for concept stories, denim and dye techniques so team can develop with R&D Work on creating a tier .system basics, commercial fashion and top tier fashion for every season

.Travel to Mexico to work on developing core and fashion denim washes per season

·Doubled the sales for Spring 17” from LY. Was the biggest booking season in the past 3 years.

·Create seasonal concept boards, inspiration boards, for trim, fits and washes, create flat sketches with detail 

·Recognize shift in the market from basic to novelty denim and introduced a successful novelty program 

·Help business grow from 50 million to 160 million in between 2010-2013

·Introduced stretch leather program. Created core basics then introduced novelty that was a 20 million dollar gain 

·Work with fabric and wash director to create new and innovative techniques and follow up to successful washes that checked from previous seasons.

·Work with marketing team approve images to be released for lookbook and make sure color and fit had company integrity
